Juice Fast Day 3

3rd day of juicing,2nd day was challenging. Felt like crap, had headache , and was sluggish We weighed ourselves this morning. I lost 4.1 pounds and Pam lost 3.1. Total lost so far 7.8 for me and 6.4 for Pam
